RETURN & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your EMII swimwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene reasons, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tried on over underwear
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • With the hygiene seal fully intact

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at info@emiiworld.com. Once your return is approved and received, we will process your exchange.

If your requested item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

Return Process

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@emiiworld.com with your order number
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship your item back to us using a tracked service

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Important Notes
  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted
  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels
  • Sale items may be non-refundable (if applicable)
